Q – Is there a monthly charge, or sign-up fee?
No - We charge no “set up” or monthly “management” fees, it’s Pay as you Go.

Q – Are there any extra or hidden charges?
No – But if you want us to manage your campaigns for you, or want your own template designed, then there is a fee, otherwise – it’s Pay as you Go.

Q – So how much does your service actually cost?
Our fees are very simple: £40 per 1000 email addresses.   Use of the templates is free, and you get your delivery and stats reports. If you want us to manage and deliver your emails for you, that will be £20 per delivery which is a very reasonable fee.

Q – How do I pay LoginandGo?
If you want to manage the process yourself, you can pay within your account by credit card as you set up your email campaign.   If we are managing the work for you, once you have decided how many emails you intend to send, we will send you an invoice. You can pay by bank transfer, cheque or paypal.  You must pay BEFORE you send any emails.

Q – What else do I get for my money?
You will have access to comprehensive reports – we can send you the reports – statistical summaries; “opens over time” report, “recipient activity”, “link activity”, “bounce summary”, “compare campaigns” (if you email the mailing list more than once). That’s 5 very useful reports. You also receive all of the emails returned to you in excel. You will receive a list of unsubscribe requests, and with a simple form on your website you can add subscribers to your mailing list, as well as having this link embedded into your email.

Q – How seriously should I take your anti-spam policy?
Very. If we discover that you're emailing people without their permission, we will terminate your account with LoginandGo immediately. If we are managing your campaigns then we will test beforehand and afterwards to monitor spam, so we will know the levels and if spam reports cause us concern, we will contact you to discuss the matter.

Q – Can my newsletter look like my website?
Yes, our design team can make a template that fits very nicely into the design and feel of your website, to ensure consistency of message.  You may of course already have one designed and ready.

Q – Can I add a “subscribe to our newsletter” form to my website that automatically updates my mailing list?
Yes, just let us know if you want this feature and for a small fee we can arrange for a form to be embedded into your website.

Q – Will I see who wants to unsubscribe from my newsletter and if any emails bounce?
Yes, a list of unsubscribes will be sent to you, and one of the reports will show any bounced emails.
